• If you are not happy with your product, please notify us by sending an email to info@thehubble.co.za with explanatory notes and photos of the issue.  We will then determine whether or not the item is eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Any returns or replacements for incorrect goods, not limited to incorrect branding, should be initiated in writing by the Client, in no more than Three (3) days from receiving the order.
  • All requests for returns or credit must be initiated in writing by the Client. No items may be returned or exchanged unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from The Hubble. The courier costs for goods returned are for the Client’s account.
  • The Hubble may replace any goods which were sold to the Client and which are not in accordance with specifications, or alternatively (provided that the goods have not been damaged in any way whatsoever subsequent to it being dispatched or delivered to the Client), The Hubble shall be entitled to take the goods back, refunding the Client with the purchase price paid or by way of credit in favour of the Client.
  • The Hubble is unable to refund international clients unless the original amount was paid into The Hubble’s FNB bank account. Amounts paid into any of The Hubble’s other bank accounts shall be credited to the Client’s account to be allocated to future orders.
  • Refunds shall be processed within 30 (thirty) days from acceptance of the return by The Hubble.
  • The provision of goods and services by The Hubble is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Hubble will refund the client in full within 7 business days.
  • Should you wish to cancel an order, deposits and additional monies paid are non-refundable as items are procured from our suppliers as soon as your payment is received.
