The options and pricing are as follows:

STEP 1

Please make sure you have the following:

*Clear, certified ID copy for each director (must not be certified older than 3 months)

*A total of 4 proposed names for your company

*A company physical and postal address

Please download the power of attorney form.  Complete and return to info@thehubble.co.za along with your proof of payment.

STEP 5

Once payment reflects on our side, we will apply for the company name reservation.  We will then indicate to you which name has been approved and once you indcate that you are happy to proceed, we will then go ahead with the application.

STEP 6

Once your application is successful, your company will be registered and all the registration documents will be emailed to you.  Depending on the package you have selected, we will then proceed with all other additonal services (e.g Share certificates, tax clearance, BEE certificates, etc).
